Is there racism in the second cartoon? Does the first one show hate speech?

For the cartoon on Monday December 12, it isn't a hate speech as the speaker just gave his idea on what was being said while not labeled the person.
ReplyDeleteThe second cartoon (on Dec. 13) does not illustrate racism because there are not any words discriminating on races though it tries to make joke on the agreement of the colored man who made a denial of the first speaker's the statement at the first time.
